Nothing’s better than a good traditional tv night with all the family on the sofa. That is BOXpat. You just need to plug our fantastic device to your existing television (HDMI required) and your existing fast internet connection (Ethernet port required). Watch your smartphone’s or PC content on your TV. Anytime : with replay websites and app, just choose the right moment to watch your favorite sport channel or tv show.

Plug and Play

BOXpat devices and apps are always completely pre-configured. Just unbox and plug them : within a minute, boXpat wifi network appears. Select it and you are in Europe. You can even change country in Europe (optional).

Powerful BOXpat

Any device works with BOXpat. Including your old PC, iPad 1, … Incredible wifi coverage and bandwidth : if someone is watching TV, the others can play or surf the web with no interference. Our latest BOX is wifi-AC compatible, like iPhone 6 and any new generation device (optional).

Your european phone number helps people reach you anywhere in the world. Your family can call you almost for free. : they just dial a local European phone number. And you will answer that phone call on your japanese or australian smartphone 10,000 kms from there… Anytime : you can call your friends in Europe as often you wish, for free.

Pre-configured app included

You just need a login and password to use our app. It works with wifi and also on 4G/LTE/3G (if your smartphone contract includes data). Conference function, voice mail, and call transfers are ok. You can decide to receive any call on a local line (standard communication rate applies).

All our plans and rates are VAT-excluded. Within Europe will be applied your local VAT rate. Outside no VAT will be invoiced.

Options

Once you select your plan, between phone / wifi+TV / all-in-one, you will be able to choose a set of options. Among them :

Second phone line : useful for big families or business (companies, please contact us).
other destinations “unlimited calls” plans
unlimited to mobiles in your selected country : if you choose a number in Switzerland, with this option, you could be able to call any Switzerland mobile phone for free.

wifi and TV

multi-country : you can switch between UK, France, Germany and USA.

Additional costs

Set-up fee does not include special delivery request or onsite installation. Return of the BOX will be paid by you.

beta test : Onsite installation is possible in Tokyo (15.000 yens).

How many days ?

Telephony is usually available within 24 hours after you subscribe on our website. BOX delivery depends on your location. We work with major providers to ensure the best delivery solutions.

End of the contract

You can decide to stop your subscription when you want. Just email us : support@boxpat.com. Your service will work until the end of the month. SOLAMAUG SAS is the exclusive owner of any device or software provided to you through your subscription. You have to send them back to us within 15 days and you will support the cost of return (international shipment). Contractual value for our device is 300€.
